I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and supported, and I create a welcoming space where you can slow down, become curious about your inner experience, and explore what you need without judgment.
I have a particular interest in the connection between the mind and body and the role of the nervous system in emotional well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed practices with somatic and experiential work. My background includes training in functional somatics, yoga and mindfulness. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families and supporting clients through perinatal mental health concerns, the parenting journey, family and relationship dynamics, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and the processing of traumatic experiences. I’m particularly drawn to supporting people as they navigate changing roles and relationships, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a greater sense of safety, agency, joy and authenticity in their lives.
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. I meet each person with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their individual experience, while helping them recognize the strengths they already carry and creating space for growth, healing, and deeper connection with themselves.
Outside of my clinical work, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I enjoy camping and traveling, hiking with my dog, practicing yoga and movement, cooking, and discovering new recipes.
